The Paperless Office concept has been around for many many years and with the advances in word processing and data storage we have been getting closer and closer to acheiving a paper free office.

The only spanner in the works has been the postal system, until now we always had to send and receive post the traditional way and if we wanted to keep the idea of running a paperless office then we would have to be prepared to do alot of scanning and recycling, all of which costs alot of money in labour and equipment.
